Damian is a professionally qualified coach with over 20 year's international business experience. He has worked in senior sales and business development roles in retail, fast moving consumer goods sector, business services and in the facilities management sector. Damian has delivered extensive coaching and training projects for major clients, working principally with young high potential managers and executives who need support to achieve higher echelon responsibility. Damian delivers training for new coaches on behalf of the Coaching Academy and is involved in lots of voluntary activities in his local community.
With a background in sales and marketing he relates his work easily to commercial issues. His style is energetic, big picture and 'out of the box'. His designs reflect his personal preference for creative and courageous programmes designed with an innovative flair. He takes an enthusiastic approach to coaching and facilitation and is energetic, challenging and creative with individuals and groups. He has been involved with 360° methodologies, principally for development, since 1996 and has been fortunate to use these technologies with clients across Europe, giving him a unique cross cultural perspective on their application and value.
Damian is totally committed to continuous professional development and has completed his Master Practitioner course in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (including Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy). Damian also has an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching (passed with distinction) & has been involved in training & coaching since 1996.
