What will you learn?

During the workshop delegates will practice coaching skills, benefit from group learning and participate in
practical exercises. In addition there will be unique tools, a dependable framework and new skills to apply in the workplace.  Through learning the techniques to improve people’s performance, individuals will learn how to apply this technique to deliver improvements in performance.  The additional skills required to provide effective and constructive feedback will also be highly valuable to the learning and to recognise and praise the performance within their teams.  Through practising the desired skills to coach each other, this will also help to build their communication skills and experience from shared learning.  There will be several opportunities to practice the coaching skills and develop individual coaching style.  Additionally, exploring the possible barriers or limiting factors to peoples’ performance and how to overcome these obstacles.  This will lead to a much greater understanding of how to deliver a consistent and improved performance from their teams.  The course also covers basic Neuro-Linguistic Programming skills applied in coaching, plus covers off the tools and processes to assist in improving performance and deliver outstanding results through teams.

Delegates will learn how to deliver results, ensuring each individual in their team will have more ownership & accountability for their own performance. Delegates will have more capability and a flexible approach to improving performance across their respective teams. This helps to develop the capability across the organization and the management team, to ensure that the potential for each Manager is fully developed for future leadership roles.
